Overview
Beyond Braid Media Management ("the App") is an internal tool operated by Beyond Braid for managing ad creative uploads. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the App.
Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive:
- Your name and email address (from your Google Workspace account)
- Your Google profile picture (if available)
When you use the App, we process:
- Media files you upload (videos and images)
- Product SKU selections associated with each upload
- Upload timestamps
How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate your identity and restrict access to authorized @beyondbraid.com users
- Upload your media files to the company Dropbox account
- Send Slack notifications to the ads team about new uploads
- Display your email address in upload activity for team coordination
Data Storage & Third Parties
The App does not maintain its own database of user data. Uploaded files are stored in Beyond Braid's company Dropbox account. Authentication is handled by Google OAuth. Upload notifications are sent via Slack. The App is hosted on Vercel.
Data Retention
Session data is stored only for the duration of your browser session. Uploaded media files are retained in Dropbox according to Beyond Braid's internal policies.
Access Control
The App is restricted to users with verified @beyondbraid.com Google Workspace accounts. No public registration is available.
